How does Yen stay in shape? Her fitness routine revolves around pole fitness and pilates. She trains for pole competitions and showcases a few times a year to continue challenging herself to grow in the sport.
"I think all women should try pole fitness because it really helps build confidence in how beautiful and strong our bodies are. When you can truly appreciate what your body can do and all the amazing shapes it can make, you celebrate it!" Yen also love modeling because she finds it as an expressive venue to create art:

She loves her patients and enjoys helping people put their healthiest smile forward.
Yen keeps extremely busy, but she finds time for her family, friends, and community. Through Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Donated Dental Services, giving back to others and service to her community are instrumental to her spiritual wellness. "God, my parents, and life have gifted me with so much that I want to share myself with others."
