This is a new one! A Wisconsin man with multiple DUIs was pulled over again for drunk driving. His excuse? The smell of alcohol came from the beer battered fish he just ate. He used the same excuse earlier when he was arrested for soliciting a prostitute (okay, I made up that last one).
