A Congressman From California Just Vaped In Congress

Vaping is a gray area. We still don't know what the long-term health effects are. Congress debated whether to allow vaping on airplanes, since it's not really tobacco smoke. Also, you can't tell if a person is vaping tobacco or marijuana (the later being my personal choice). So yes, this happened. Was it tobacco or weed?
