Man Sues Makers of Fallout 4 Because He's Addicted

The United States does not have a monopoly on frivolous lawsuits. A man in Russia is suing Bethest because he is addicted to playing Fallout 4. I'm wondering, does this man want all video games to be boring? If so, then there wouldn't be a market for them. He should choose from the many awful video games that are released every year instead.
